I was inspired to make another children's book-esque painting. I'm still trying to find that right nitch of water color look but it is incredibly difficult to do digitally. I kinda like the mix of the two mediums though, marker and water-color, but my goal is to try and mimic the latter as best I can. I'll probably do more of these down the road.

real water color is fun. i recommend tryin the real thing to grasp/imitate the effect. david mack was a favorite of mine in high school, he does comic books.
I remember sucking so bad at it in high school lol acrylics I could do...but I could never get watercolors to turn out right. I'm gonna try it though.
That's some gorgeous work by Mack btw.
